今朝も冷えこみが厳しかったですね。

｢旅・教育・自由・幸せ｣を人生のキーワードとして生きる旅幸家永崎氏。
世間では、｢もっと、もっと、もっと｣という広告メッセージにあふれていて、
｢あなたは足りていない｣という強烈なメッセージばかり目につきますが、
今手元にある幸せに気づく努力を増やし、幸せを感じ安心感得ることで、
様々なことに挑戦する勇気が湧きあがるはず、と提言しています。

心理学者のショーン・エイカーさんの言葉にも、
「成功するから幸せになるのではなく、幸せだから成功する」
